I am the happy new owner of the nicest leash system I have ever had. I am using the handler with a 34” slip extension and shorty handle. The versatility this setup over is outstanding! Just a move of the handle gives me three different levels of control for any situation. If you have a dog, walk said dog and have the means, this is a very, and maybe only, setup to consider. I’ve put about 40 miles on this leash with my 80 lb dog and I’m genuinely impressed. The quality and craftsmanship are outstanding and it functions exactly the way I need it to. At first I thought I might prefer a different size ball for the adjustment, but after real use, the design makes perfect sense and works extremely well. It isn’t overcomplicated and it isn’t too simple. It’s just a very high quality, versatile leash that I truly enjoy using as both an active runner and a dog handler.

Perfect length, sturdy and buttery-smooth clips, and I am really loving the rubber ball on the handler edition - super easy for your hand to find and grab quickly, easy to hold if you want to walk with it in your hand, and just as easy to forget about if you just want to let it swing while the leash is clipped around your waist. So glad I heard about this before I bought another clunky leash from the store.

I have struggled with training my Dober Girls due to some hand issues. I have “trigger finger” and my finger locks when my dogs pull on my leash during walks. Now I hold the “ball” and it prevents my finger from locking since I can’t squeeze the leash tight.

I have bought hundreds of leashes over the years. Now that I am a stitch older and have arthritis in my hands and a large (80 lb), strong and powerful 18 month old goldendoodle, I needed an innovative approach to a leash. I found this in the Handler! It is amazing. I can loop it around my waist and grab the ball when I need a strong grip. Holding the ball firmly prevents painful rope burns. Such a smart design!

“The Handler" is the first innovation in leash design I have seen in many year. Industrial style clasps are heavy duty and work to alter the leash for standard, slip line, or handler waist control. The
"Ball Cam" has a one way locking mechanism it give you greater grip at any point on the leash without the chance of rope burn. I have been using it for several weeks and love it.

I have a 116lb Great Dane for mobility service. Presently using a brand name custom harness fitted for her. Using the handles along with a lead keeps both hands full, and situational issue arises, it opens up the possibility of partial loss of control. At first this looked a bit intimidating and complicated. It came with a belt clip which secured the end, which prior was in one hand, the other attaches as usual. Big difference is the cam lock ball, that slides on the lead allowing for more secure control and responsiveness, move closer to the harness/collar minimizes the movement, slide it back allowing more freedom of movement. The quality of materials and workmanship is light years beyond other"High Caliber " companies. The uniqueness of these products will certainly get noticed. I wish there was something like this when I worked K9, I cannot stress enough how this outstanding product will change the way you work with your dog.

It’s my new favorite and last. I use it hands free around the waist. I enjoy that you can slide the ball cam up or down depending on your grip and reach. It’s on point for spot on leash correction when needed even around the waist. You can allow the ball to hang at a place where when needed it’s there but you can also hold it in your hands. Holding the ball cam provides a sense of calm. It’s not heavy and it’s not light. It’s perfect..Just like this leash. If you have a dog You need this leash. Enjoy!!

The nicest show leads and handlers I have seen money and for the price you can not beat it I’d give it a 20 out of 10 it’s that good! And to be honest I’m not sure which I like the most the short one or the handler edition both just too of the line and awesome products get you ten of em trust me

I don't have a very good picture. But this has got to be hands down the best slip leash I have ever bought!! And with a little adjustment it's even better. I have worked with and around dogs for the last 6 years. They money I have spent on crappy slip leads is ridiculous!! I won't buy any other slip lead now. Good dog bad dawg has created a very sturdy and magnificent leash you won't and don't need any other leash!! Well worth they money and will be buying other products as well!! By Far This is Mans Best Leash Chingon is a 150lb Puppy energy South African Boerboel and my wife weighs 128 and this is such a game changer combined with the custom slip leash the control is unreal. I love these leashes for my two dogs! They're so durable and modular -- perfect for tying them up at the store or the bar, so easy to shorten or lengthen in the city, securing around the waste for hands-free walking, etc. Especially with two dogs, I love the combo of the shorty with one or two full length leashes, and the way the clasps can rotate 360 degrees, there's no tangling! The ball cam has also been perfect for training the pup or helping secure our sometimes-reactive dog. Even with the way the leash clasp grasps to the rope, I so much confidence of having a firm handle on them. These leashes really are so adaptable, it could easily be the last leash you'll ever need to buy.
