The leash is made from what seems to be very nice and high quality materials, (I only say "what seems to be", because I don't have the time and usage involved to state this for a fact, but I do believe it is a fact). I am really pleased with the leash and I think a lot of times when spending a decent amount of money on something you feel it just doesn't live up to your expectations, but I will say again, I was pleased when I opened the box and felt the leash and it's materials.
I will also say that in my 60+ years, buying, and dealing with an unimaginable amount of companies, that this company has one of the best and most professional CS departments I have ever dealt with. They responded quickly and made sure there was no problem with the order I placed.
If you, a family member, or a friend are looking at, thinking about, or trying to decide if you want to purchase an item from them, I would suggest, just do it, I think you'll be happy, I am, and I am going to purchase one of their other items.
This leash is by far the best leash I've owned. It's strong, versatile and helps make our outings stress-free. No more worrying how to navigate unknown situations, this leash can handle and adventure! Can't praise it enough!
